How we use your information
- To manage the founding waitlist and notify you about launch.

Legal bases
We rely on your consent (waitlist sign-up and marketing), the performance of a contract (bookings and memberships), our legitimate interests (running and improving our business securely) and legal obligations (record keeping).
Sharing your information
We share personal information only with trusted providers who help us operate: hosting and database providers, email delivery services, payment processors and, where relevant to your booking, the Beauty Professional attending your appointment. We never sell your data.
Retention
Waitlist data is kept until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to remove it. Booking and financial records are kept for as long as required by UK law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent at any time; and request a copy of your data.
